ULTRA LIGHT
The weight of an ACADEMY bike is 40% lighter than the body weight of a normal child. 5.3 kg for the 14 inch, 5.5 kg for the 16 inch, 7.2 kg for the 20 inch, 7.9 kg for the 24 inch and 8.6 kg for the 26 inch are far below the usual weights of children's and youth bikes .

ACADEMY bikes are uncompromisingly well thought out. They are equipped with child-friendly components for daily, urban use and still have a modern and cool design.


CHILD FRIENDLY
The better the weight and ergonomics of the bike are tailored to children, the greater the motivation to ride. This results in more movement and fun.


ERGONOMIC
The ACADEMY frames with deep and narrow bottom brackets result in narrow, child-friendly leg guidance. Short pedal cranks and the upright sitting position allow you to put your feet on the ground at all times. Nevertheless, they ensure an ergonomic knee position while driving.


COOL
From 20 inches, all ACADEMY bikes are equipped with Shimano Claris gears. The durable, low-maintenance 8-speed drive offers an optimal gear ratio for the kids. The easy and intuitive to use DUAL CONTROL shift lever ensures a high level of driving comfort


QUALITY
The light, up to 3-fold butted aluminum frames and forks and the attachments, which are also specially made of aluminium, guarantee extremely low weight classes for all ACADEMY models. The newly developed VEE TIRE Rail folding tire with reflective ring offers the best rolling properties with perfect grip.

Beautiful design, noticeably less wrist pain

-Packaging: Simply amazing. The packaging material was great and the box has a nice sliding mechanism. Thoughtful. The box comes with instructions, a bunch of QR codes on the box for more details, and a nice carrying case. -The item: Very low profile and gorgeous design. The item is made of durable material. The 'cushions' on the top side are very comfy, especially around the areas of the wrist that will carry most of your hand's weight. The bottom is designed so that your hand can glide along with your mouse with minimal friction (using with fabric mouse pad). -Uses: 1. Work: it is a must-have if you have an office job. I have been using mine for a few days at work and I feel much less pain in my wrist. 2. Gaming: It does get a while to get used to it, but after a while the movement becomes natural and you won't notice the Carpio Just like with using it for work, you will not feel wrist pain after long gaming sessions. I believe my aim in fps games got just a bit better while using the item. Or hey, sometimes my opponent is just not having a really good day. Cons: 1. A bit overpriced. It may have taken a lot of research and design to come up with the product, but I would have been a lot happier if I had paid just a little less for the product. However, it does beat the competition in both, design and comfort. 2. Using the Carpio is pleasant most of the time, as long as your hand does not leave it, but as soon as you lift your hand off the Carpio it takes too long to find the sweet spot again. The box says it would take two weeks to get used to using the product and I'm only in my first week. I think this will change the more I get used to using the product. 3. For con reasons 1 & 2 above, I think it would not be a good idea to have two Carpios (right-handed and left-handed) to use with the keyboard Overall, I do recommend this product and love using it so far for work and gaming, but I rated it 4/5 only because of how I feel about the price.
